As someone who has always believed in the value of continuing studies and union education, I am pleased and honoured to present a distance learning program that is unparalleled in the modern worker movement.

webCampus offers UFCW Canada members and their families dozens of courses for several different subject areas, and it allows members, like you, to study in a way that is in keeping with the needs of 21st century workers.

I am also happy to announce that some webCampus courses are fully accredited and can be applied to the completion of a college certificate.

The world, as you know, moves and changes at a pace we’ve never seen before. Working people today are faced with enormous demands and pressures. In addition to being good workers, good parents, good citizens, good neighbours, and good community members, the modern world expects us to continually broaden our knowledge and forever sharpen our skills. It’s a tall order, but webCampus strives to help you do that – on your terms. I hope it will, and I believe it can.
